Do more listings mean more sales? In my case, more listings meant more impressions first, and without impressions nothing else in the business can happen. My first 50 products got nearly none. That batch took an unscalable amount of time, and the result wasn't just no sales. Nearly
My first print on demand listings went live on Amazon in June 2024, and they were nowhere near perfect. Every title typed by hand, the same bullet points on every listing, one plain product image each. Slow and not very effective, but it got the batch to the end point,
If you're reading this, you're probably starting print on demand, or thinking about it. So here's why I started it myself: it was the first business I found that let me fail 99% of the time and still win. What I tried before print
If you've opened your Etsy finances and found a charge for ads you never set up, that's Offsite Ads. You didn't miss a setting and you didn't get billed by mistake. Etsy runs it for every shop, and the money only leaves
Yes. Etsy is still worth it in 2026. That isn't the answer you keep running into. Most of what you'll read says one of two things: Etsy is oversaturated, or Etsy quietly stopped sending traffic to small shops. If your views dropped this year, both of
Validating your niche matters. It is worth doing, and skipping it is how you end up designing for a group that was never going to buy from you. It is also not the whole story, and that is the part that catches you out. You can run every check, land
Most of the work that keeps my print on demand store running, I don't do anymore. The research runs on its own. The mockups get built by a tool. The listing copy and the keywords come out of a prompt. Almost all of it sits on systems I
Featured Offer eligible: Yes. A few weeks later, the same page: No. Nothing on the listings had changed. Same shirts, same prices, same supplier. But every shirt in my store had gone from an Add to Cart button back to "see all buying options," and I had to
My catalog is past 300,000 listings. I get 1 or 2 buyer messages a week. That is the whole answer to "how do you handle customer support at that size." I don't have a VA, I don't pay for a helpdesk tool, and
On Amazon, nobody ever asked me who prints my products. I opened the account, listed, and that was the end of it. Etsy asks. It asks before you sell anything, and it asks again on every listing you put up. If you're moving print on demand onto Etsy,
I raised the price on my own product, and Amazon took the listing down for it. No complaint, no trademark problem, nothing wrong with the product. The listing went inactive with a flag called a potential high pricing error, and the "error" was a price I had planned
Etsy closed my shop twice. I got it back both times, and the same shop has now run for 2 years straight without another suspension. If you sell on Etsy, or you're about to, there's a real chance this happens to you at some point: the
Print On Demand
If you want products selling this Christmas, they need to be live in August. Not because August is special. Because a new listing takes time to get found, and Amazon will not push something it only just met. The products that sell in December are the ones that have been
Amazon FBM/FBA
Amazon raises your listing limit when you start selling. That is the whole mechanism, and no number anywhere tells you how many sales it takes. There is a second route, and it is the one that actually worked on my account. I asked them to lift it. My catalog is
Print On Demand
Every word and every picture you put on a product belongs to somebody. Most of the time that somebody is you. Sometimes it isn't, and the only way to find out is to look it up before you print it, not after. That's the whole job.
Print On Demand
Nobody gets into print on demand planning to sit in it forever. You do it on the side of a job, or you do it as the business itself. Either way, the point was never to buy yourself another shift. If the money stops the moment you stop, you didn&

I opened Seller Central one morning and the account was gone. Not a listing. Not a category. The whole thing, deactivated. It took nearly 6 months and more appeals than I can count to get it back. So if you are building anything on Amazon right now, understand what the
Amazon Merch
Amazon Merch on Demand hands you 10 product slots. Ten. Sell nothing with those ten and that is where you stay, because the only thing that unlocks more slots is sales. So the way out is not a trick. It is one product that people actually want to buy. That
Print On Demand
Getting your first print on demand sale is a real milestone. Not for the money, because the money is a few dollars. For the proof. Something you made went in front of a stranger and they pulled out their card for it. If you're already there, congratulations. That

Who pays for a print on demand return? On Amazon, you do. Not by taking the product back onto a shelf, because there is no shelf. Most of the time, you pay by losing the sale. If you sell POD on Amazon, sooner or later a return is coming, and

Quick note before anything else: I'm not a lawyer, and none of this is legal advice. It's what I've personally run into selling print on demand on Amazon, and how I dealt with it. Amazon also changes its policies over time, so treat this

$2,211 of ad spend. $15,056.90 back. 682 sales. That is one campaign, running on mugs, over a year of it, and it is still running now. What a lottery ad is You bid a few cents, across a lot of listings and a lot of keywords, and

Yes. Turn ads on the day your listing goes live. But only one kind. There are ads that work fine on a product with no sales history, and there are ads that will quietly drain your budget until you have something real to point them at. The order you run
Amazon FBM/FBA
You open your own listing, the one nobody else is selling on, and the Add to Cart button isn't there. Instead there's a grey link that says see all buying options. Nothing is broken. Amazon just hasn't decided it trusts you to deliver yet.
